Overview:
As we expand, we're looking for an experienced PT to join our team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, business-oriented, and ready to take on a diverse caseload. While the primary need is in Silverdale, flexibility to travel to our Kent location is preferred. Mileage will be reimbursed.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Flexible schedule: Part-time or full-time positions available
- Competitive compensation: Well-paid hourly rate, ranging from $55-65 based on experience.
- This would could be a1099 or W-2 position and is negotiable
- 1-Hour evaluations
- Case load varies but is generally 8-14 visits/day with the avg=9
- Possibility for advancement: PRN, full-time lead, or clinical director positions

Compensation: $58.00 - $65.00 per hour
PhysioWorks is a unique clinic that delivers Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy services, with a focus on functional movement and an emphasis on patient education. Our principal focus is the rehabilitation of the injured worker.
Our clinics service all types of orthopedic conditions, including but not limited to orthopedic injury foot and ankle, knee, shoulder, lower back pain, hand therapy, balance issues, deconditioning and vestibular issues. We are also experts in the workers’ compensation process for the injured worker.
The occupational therapy component of the rehabilitation team guides the worker in the replication of the actual job requirements through job simulation activities.
Our patients receive custom, one on one programs with personal and online support to create a successful rehabilitation plan. We communicate with the physicians, vocational counselors, and case managers to keep all concerned informed on the patient’s progress, treatment plan, and discharge goals.
